How Momentia handles data

Private links control access to a Moment. Keep your management link private. Server access ends at the stated expiry time. Files you download remain on your device.

The configured cleanup periods are 30 days after expiry for private Moment data, 7 days for unpaid drafts and 90 days for analytics. Cleanup requires the maintenance job to run.

Optional Moment alerts, post-outing reminders and marketing offers each require an explicit choice. Confirmation and preference links let you stop notifications. Marketing preferences also let you erase your contact details. Partners see aggregate metrics, never subscriber contact lists.

Momentia records suggestions, selections and clicks without treating them as confirmed visits. Browser identifiers help deduplicate votes and venue contributions; they do not identify a unique person. Public reviews are moderated and shown without participant names.

No real-time geolocation, public personal profile or automatic marketing enrollment is used.
